Which level suits you

VIP is the level that brings unrestricted messaging. VIP Plus sits above it with extra visibility and contact features. If you are trying the site for the first time, a short VIP plan lets you test whether the profiles around your town fit the evening you have in mind. How renewal works

How to cancel

1. Contact Support from the members area, or ask the chat bot.
2. Open the email that arrives and follow its link to the cancellation process.
3. Carry on using the paid features through the last day you paid for.

Canceling stops future charges. It does not delete your profile, which stays visible until you remove it in your settings.

Refunds and your right to cancel

The refund policy, last updated in December 2025, says purchases are generally final, with no credit for part of a period, except where local law gives you a refund right. If you live in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island or Wisconsin, you may cancel without penalty before midnight on the third business day after you subscribed. All refunds carry an administration charge.

If you paid through a third party payment provider, billing questions go to that provider under its own terms.

Discreet billing

Charges appear on your card statement under a neutral company name. The site name does not appear. If you share a card or a banking app with someone, that line will not give your interest away.

If you want a shorter commitment next time, cancel renewal on the current plan and choose a different length once it ends. Writing down the date your current period expires makes this simple.

Paying securely

Payment is taken on a secure checkout page. Card details go to the payment provider rather than sitting in your profile. Use a card you control, keep the confirmation email in a private folder, and never send card details to another member for any reason. Nobody from the site will ask for your full card number by message.

Reading the payment page

When you have stopped using the site
